MedCert is the UK’s pioneer of private medical evidence for firearms licensing.
We designed and built the digital infrastructure that powers their entire operation — from seamless customer onboarding and secure medical documentation, to GP workflow systems and constabulary portals — enabling MedCert to scale nationally while maintaining regulatory compliance and exceptional service.

Front-end Experience
We redesigned critical customer pathways to improve conversion, accuracy and speed:

• Enhanced checkout UI to make a complex medical application process feel simple.
• Custom “Quick-buy” product variation selector, removing friction and helping customers choose the correct service in seconds.
• Date-picker logic to reduce user mistakes and failed submissions related to date-of-birth/expiry/renewal dates.
• Stripe integration with smart validation and improved payment success rates.
• Custom digital signature capture for Subject Access Requests — compliant and seamless.
• Account centre improvements allowing customers to track order status, GP contact, document uploads, and receive next-step guidance.
