We were delighted to partner with Consensio once again to deliver a new digital platform that reflects the sophistication and scale of their expanding luxury chalet portfolio. The result is a refined, high-performing website designed to showcase their properties, support their operations, and elevate the guest experience.

The original platform was built around a bespoke chalet booking system powered by WooCommerce, with integrated Stripe payments to secure reservations. As Consensio grew, we upgraded and re-engineered the system to integrate directly with Chalet Manager, their chosen CRM. This ensures that rates, availability, and property data can be managed centrally and synchronised across all channels.
The platform also generates iCal feeds, enabling seamless integration with partner agents and third-party booking services.

To further enhance service quality, we incorporated Maya AI — a conversational assistant capable of providing intelligent recommendations, property guidance, and support in real time, helping guests navigate accommodation options the same way a concierge would.
